By Road:

At the Thurgoland traffic lights drive downhill from the Green Dragon (Cote Lane). At the bottom of the hill drive past the Bridge Inn pub, and over the small bridge . Just after the small Bridge there are some electric gates on the right hand side with "The Old Sawmill" cast across the middle. Rose Cottage Is through these gates at the end of the lane.
